A typical competition training session looks like?
It depends because some students may join at later points in the training timeline. However in the early months, we will cover competition planning topics like what level, division, themes, music selection and creating choreography. Then we will always stretch, condition in general then condition tricks you will be using in your choreography. Lastly, we will focus on your competition choreography which could be making or rehearsing depending on which competition plan you choose.

Is 100% attendance required?
We understand that everyone has different life plans outside of pole. Therefore we are offering two flexible training plans: (1) weekly drop-in for $59 each session, which is non-refundable 48 hours prior to class, or (2) monthly training plan at three service levels. Should you purchase the monthly plan but need to miss any training sessions due to personal reasons, no refunds will be procured; nor will the instructor be liable to offer extra time to help you catch up.
It is your responsibility to reach out to the instructor to get caught up and at his/her discretion to offer extra support or not. -
What does getting the Elite plan look like?
You will designate an instructor to custom-tailor your own choreography. Of course you can take part in song selection and trick selection if you so wish. As soon as you have your designated choreography instructor you will schedule your first two to four privates to learn the choreography in Nov. You will attend group training on Sundays with instructor Ru.
The first training you likely will not have learned any of your choreography as we are just getting started on planning out what you want your competition piece to look like. Therefore you will likely just work on conditioning the tricks you want to do during the first few practices. After the 2nd or 3rd week, you will likely be able to practice your choreography during our Wednesday training and get live instructor and peer feedback.
Please bear in mind that this process is fluid and will likely look different in practice. -
Can I switch monthly plans?
Of course. In fact we encourage those that are not ready to commit to competing yet start out with the Dedicated plan, try to make your own choreography and plan for the competition with our weekly training group, then feel it out. If you decide you need help with choreography later on and want to purchase the Elite plan, we recommend that you do so as soon as possible (i.e. after 1-2 months) so you have plenty of time to rehearse and plan for your competition piece.
-
If I got the Elite plan, how much will I pay exactly and when?
You will pay $425 for the 1st month, a reduced 2nd month fee, then after that from Dec to March, you are free to do the monthly bronze plan at $195/month.

Late arrival policy is?
We understand that our students have busy schedules, and we welcome you to join the class at any point. However, to ensure safety and maintain the flow of the session, we kindly ask that:
• Mandatory Warm-Up – If you arrive late, please take at least 5-10 minutes to stretch and warm up before actively participating in choreography or high-intensity movements. This helps prevent injuries and ensures you're ready to dance safely.
• Minimizing Disruption – When joining late, please enter quietly and respectfully, avoiding distractions to the instructor and fellow dancers.
• Instructor Discretion – If the class has progressed significantly, the instructor may provide modified guidance to help you integrate smoothly.
• Commitment to Learning – While late arrivals are permitted, we encourage students to attend on time to gain the full benefit of the class structure, including warm-ups, technique drills, and group coordination. -
